Contact page on website is broken. No one answers their phones. Hard to report drivers for tailgating.
Solid company who treats its employees like family!
I called in today to inquire if there was a way my customers were able to track their freight shipments through your website. I connected to "Dispatch" by pressing the number 1 and I was connected with Russ. He answered the phone casually stating his name. He was very short and nasty throughout the whole call cutting me off interrupting and barking at me to tell him which load I was looking up. You should really consider who you hire to answer the phone and their level of communication. I told him I did not need to track the load but I needed to provide my customer with tracking information in the form of a link. A simple "no we do not offer online tracking" would have done. Instead he insisted I tell him the load number "WHAT. LOAD.?!" "WHAT LOAD?!" Russ repeated. Very nasty attitude.
One of the most trash companies I've driven for they don't care about you, your just a truck number they'll screw you on your money and home time they just care if there freight makes it to where it has to go, I got stuck in mud they put it on my DAC as a accident to make a quick buck , new trucks with no power and old trailers the ppl will smile in ya face as long as your out on the road but as soon as you tell them you gotta take off for something they'll act like you killed someone. I don't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
